A quote from my XT 500 page;
"Eventually, meaning when one becomes available for the kind
of money I would be willing to spend on it, I'd love to own a
Yamaha Tenere, for now I'll stay with the simple, trusty and fun
XT 500 though."
And in may 2003 this (finally) came about, with a bit of help
of eBay.de and a friend with a large enough Van to fit a bike in.
The reason it took so long is that I really am a 'cheapo' when it
comes to riding a bike :)
